How XERF works
XERF uses monopolar radiofrequency to gently heat the fibroseptal network — the connective-tissue framework that supports and anchors the skin. Targeting these deeper layers encourages collagen remodeling and tissue tightening, improving firmness, elasticity and support.
During treatment, a conductive gel is applied and a handheld applicator moves across the skin while built-in cooling keeps the surface protected. Most clients find it comfortable. XERF is designed to tighten — it does not remove fat — so natural facial volume is preserved.
