Last updated
This Privacy Notice for Radiant Lab Management LLC ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we may collect, store, use and share ("process") your personal information when you visit radiantlabsd.com or otherwise engage with us, including through sales, marketing or events.
If you have questions or concerns, contact us at info@radiantlabsd.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, request a consultation, book an appointment or otherwise engage with us, we may collect:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- the treatment you're interested in, your preferred contact method and your message;
- payment card details, when you pay a deposit or for services. Payment data is processed and stored by our payment processor (Stripe), not on this website.
Please do not send medical history, diagnoses, medications or photos through our website forms. We discuss health information privately during your consultation.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information when you visit — such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, approximate location and how you use the site. We use it to keep the site secure and working, and for internal analytics and reporting.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide the services you request.
- To schedule, confirm and manage appointments.
- To send service messages, and marketing communications where permitted (you can opt out at any time).
- To understand how the website is used and improve it, our services and our marketing.
- For security, fraud prevention and to comply with law.
3. When we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, under contract, including:
- Website hosting and form handling (Netlify) — to deliver the website and receive contact-form submissions.
- Booking and client communications (our scheduling and CRM platform, which powers link.radiantlabsd.com) — to manage appointments, confirmations and follow-up.
- Payments (Stripe) and financing (Cherry), if you choose to use them.
- Analytics and advertising (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics).
We may also share information in connection with a merger, sale of assets, financing or acquisition of our business. We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences and measure how the site is used. Through Google Analytics we may use features such as remarketing and demographics reporting. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and manage ad personalization in Google Ad Settings.
5. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (for example, for tax, accounting or medical record-keeping obligations). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. How we keep information safe
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal information. However, no transmission over the internet or storage technology is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Minors
We do not knowingly collect information from, or market to, children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live — including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws — you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, access and receive a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising or "sharing." You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise your rights, email info@radiantlabsd.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of authorization. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if the appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.
California "Shine the Light." California residents may request, once a year and free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
9. Do-Not-Track
There is no uniform standard for recognizing Do-Not-Track browser signals, so we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted, we will update this notice.
10. Updates to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
